Pics of my jig
my new frame will not build on chipboard as in the
book a flat jig has been made from 40 x 40 x 2.5 rhs
as it will be easier to clamp pieces of the frame down

Sat the 9th got a bit done on the f\end which is different from the book . Instead
of welding U shaped brackets to pivot the wishbones , I've used 50 x 50 sq tube
and welded them into frame this was done for more strenth and ease of lining
up pivots.

Sun the 10th got more f\end done and started to get the bracing in . there will be
more bracing than the book as the torsional strenth needs to be much heigher for
oz to pass reg requirments.
